Symjing

Frå Holesanden startar triatlonløpet med ei symjerunde på 750 meter, med skiftesone ved badestranda.

Sykling

Etter symjinga legg deltakarane ut på ei 20 km lang sykkeletappe rundt og langs Snipsøyrdalsvatnet.

Springing

5,4 km skal tilbakeleggast når deltakarane skal springe frå Holesanden til Nesset Kraftverk og tilbake.
